Stunning Shamanic Rattle with Fox, Amethyst, Mugwort and English Poplar wood handle handcrafted by us in our rural workshop. The bowl of this rattle is hand sewn and filled with Amethyst for higher connection and Mugwort for dreams and relaxation.  We have painted a Fox on one side and a leaf on the other. The handle is made from a beautiful piece of locally found Poplar wood. 
Poplar wood has an incredibly diverse energy, allowing it to be an all-purpose wood for magickal workings. The diversity of the energy in this wood makes it useful for evocation as well as banishment rituals. It is also strong with the elements of hope, rebirth, and divinations. 
Poplar being a sacred Celtic tree we have also burnt the Ogham symbol of eadha onto it for extra energy. 
Fox Spirit is considered a symbol of mystery, transformation, and intelligence. Seeing a fox in your dreams or waking life has often been seen as a sign of good luck, prosperity, and tactical thinking.
We have added growth design to the handle and finished it with a little of our homemade lavender, beeswax and olive oil polish for protection, recycled leather fringe trim, cruelty free naturally molted feathers and vintage beads. Approx 36cm / 14" length.

We are very mindful to pay our respects to the animals spirit and ask for its blessing as it is reborn as a wonderful sacred object. Our rattles are made using goat hide which brings with it the spirit of this confident and balanced creature.
